– Individuals at risk of elevated liver enzymes due to heavy drinking or obesity, even if no symptoms are present.
– People showing symptoms of jaundice or experiencing indigestion, fatigue, itching, or loss of appetite.
– Patients using medication that may increase liver enzymes.

TEST'S PURPOSE

– Diagnose infection by blood count (CBC) test.
– Check liver enzyme changes compared to the last test.
– Check the extent of liver damage or disease.

PATIENT PREPARATION

There is no need to fast before the test.
